What the Service Does

ShareLytik is a content workflow tool. Users can connect a Google account so the service can authenticate the user and support YouTube-related publishing actions initiated by that user, including video upload and management of related video metadata.

Google and YouTube Data We Access

When a user connects a Google account, ShareLytik can process basic Google account information needed for authentication and account connection, YouTube data needed to upload videos or manage video metadata, and video-related metadata needed for upload or publishing actions started by the user.

How We Use the Data

ShareLytik uses Google OAuth data and YouTube API data to authenticate users, keep a connected Google account active for the requested feature, perform the YouTube action requested by the user, and support video upload and metadata management. Relevant data can also be used for security, troubleshooting, user support, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Data Retention

ShareLytik does not sell Google or YouTube user data. Data obtained through Google OAuth or the YouTube API is retained only for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and resolve abuse, security, or account-related issues.

Data Sharing

ShareLytik does not sell or share Google or YouTube user data for advertising purposes. Such data is disclosed only when necessary to operate the service, perform the action requested by the user, comply with applicable law, or protect the service and its users.

Revoking Access and Deletion Requests

Users can revoke ShareLytik's access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions settings. If access is revoked, connected Google or YouTube functionality in ShareLytik may stop working. Users may also request deletion of stored account-related data or send privacy inquiries by email to info@sharelytik.com.

Website Access and Server Logs

When this website is accessed, server and hosting systems can process technical request data such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser details, and similar log information for delivery, security, and operational stability.
